Ms. Kylee Alissa Googe, beloved daughter, sister, and friend, gained her Heavenly Wings on Tuesday, April 9th, 2024.
She was born on Monday, June 14th, 2004 in Reno, Nevada to Melissa and Jason Googe. Kylee was a bright young woman with a passion for learning and a heart full of love for her family and friends.
Kylee was a student at Ole Miss Pharmacy School and a 2022 graduate of Fleming Island High School in Fleming Island, Florida. She was known for her love of horses, nature, animals, art, snow skiing, and gaming. Kylee's vibrant spirit and kind nature touched the lives of all who knew her.
Kylee and her sister shared their faith story with each other during the recent past. It was evident her eyes were opened to God which further strengthened her bravery through difficult times. She touched the lives of many nurses and doctors during her courageous journey. She was surrounded by God’s presence and we are comforted that she is now in heaven while running and dancing with Him.
She is survived by her mother, Melissa Googe, her father, Jason T. Googe (Shannon Nix), her sister, Courtney Googe, her brother, Cody Watkins, her maternal grandparents, Bud and Beverly Spurgin, many aunts, uncles, cousins, and other family members, as well as many friends who will miss her dearly. Kylee was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Oscar and Juanita.
A funeral service will be held at Silk Hope Baptist Church on Sunday, April 14th, 2024 at 3:00 pm. Visitation will take place prior to the service from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm at the church.
