Kimberly "Kim" Kaye Demeter Hinely, 57, of Savannah, GA died Wednesday, October 5, 2016 and is now pounding the streets of gold on her Harley Davidson.
Kim was born in Dayton, OH and moved to Savannah in 1985.
She went to Wayne High School in Huber Heights, OH and worked for Fleet Pride in Savannah.
Kim enjoyed organizing poker runs for those in need. She had a kind heart and soul. She is the oldest of four children and played the role of "Big Sister" perfectly. Her friends and family love and miss her dearly.
Survivors include her husband of 30 years, Fred Hinely; son, Derek Demeter (Nikki); step daughter, Amy Munn (Robert); step son, Dannie Hinely; parents, Jack Demeter and Judith Richey Demeter; brothers, Stephen L. Demeter, George Demeter (Lisa); sister, Lisa D. Demeter; grandchildren, Jade Demeter, Michael Clifton aka Tony (Miranda), Jacob Jones, Kaleb Jones and Alex Clinton; nieces and nephews, Daniel Demeter, Seth Demeter, Amanda Roberts; also a large number of relatives in Dayton, Oh, many friends and her Large Biker family.
In lieu of flowers donations are asked to be made to the Bomber Girls, LRC, ( www.bombergirlslrc.com ) or The Wounded Warrior Project.
A gathering for family and friends will be held Friday, October 21, 2016 from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. followed by a Celebration of Life Service beginning at 7:00 p.m. in the Chapel of the Baker McCullough Funeral Home Garden City Chapel.
