Kenneth Stanley, Jr. (Rusty, Papa, Daddy, and Pop Pop), 69, passed away Monday, June 21, 2022 after a short illness.
Mr. Stanley is survived by his wife of 50 years, Cynthia; his two daughters, Melany (Mark) Compton and Lori (Oscar) Stanley; three granddaughters, Makinzy Thilavong, Abigail Compton, and Sarah Compton; one great grandson, Oliver Andrews; two sisters, Alice (Lawrence) Ertley, Ethel (Ron) Waldron; several nieces and nephews; and his beloved dogs, Priscilla and Elvis. Mr. Stanley retired from International Paper after 46 years of loyal service.
The family will be receiving friends from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m., Thursday, June 23, 2022 at Baker McCullough Funeral Home, Hodgson Memorial Chapel, 7415 Hodgson Memorial Drive, Savannah, GA 31406.
A graveside funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, June 24, 2022 at Bonaventure Cemetery. Family and friends will be invited to share remarks at the graveside.
