Kathryn Diane Yawn Brown passed away early Saturday morning at Memorial Medical Center after a short illness.
She and her husband John have been property managers at Tybee Island, GA for many years. She was 63 years old.
Kathryn was preceded in death by her parents W.H. and Edith Yawn.
She is survived by her husband of 25 years John Henry Brown of Tybee Island, GA, one sister Linda Y. Poole (Gerald), one brother Michael W. Yawn, one daughter Jennifer Lynn Wright, one son Michael Jonathan Wright, two granddaughters Jessicah Renee Wright and Siera Nicole Wright, one great granddaughter Allyson Bragg, one stepdaughter Nasha Riley, two stepsons Sean Frazier and Nepolean Gardner, along with extended family members and friends.
A memorial service will be held in the chapel of Baker McCullough Funeral Home (formerly Fairhaven Funeral Home) Highway 80 Garden City GA on Saturday April 30, 2016 at 2pm. In Lieu of flowers please make donations to the American Diabetes Association.
