Kathy Ann Hughey, 65, of Guyton, GA passed away Saturday July 23, 2022 at Memorial Hospital.
Kathy had a servant's heart. Her doors were always open to those in need. She loved her old movies and history. Her grandchildren were very important to her.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward Jr. and Jean Morrell; and daughter, Melissa Jean Landing.
She is survived by her children, Rebecca Lynn Carter, Crystal Ann Powell (Jr), and Carisa Ovida Cross (Corey); and son, Bill Brown "BJ"; siblings, Richard Morell (Janice), Brian Morrell, Cheryl Morgan (Van), Martin Morrell, Glenn Kendall, and Gene Morrell; 13 grandchildren, Zachary, Brittany, Makayla, Stephen, Brantley, Shayla, Haley, Rick, LJ, Alyssa, Larissa, Marissa, and Vanissa; and 2 great-grandchildren, Brayleigh and Addison.
Services will be announced at a later date.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Baker McCullough Funeral Home- Garden City Chapel.
