Karyn Anne Davis, 57, of the Eldora Community passed away Wednesday, March 10, 2021 at Memorial Hospital in Jacksonville, Florida.
Born in Statesboro, Georgia, she was the daughter of the late Daniel Elijah Davis and Margie Juanita Waters Davis and was raised in Bryan County.
She was active as a child in 4-H and the Girl Scout Brownies. Karyn was a 1981 graduate of Bryan County High School and Paris Beauty School, she was a Master Cosmetologist and had worked many years with Horst and Company Hair Salon. She was a member of Blitchton Baptist Church.
Preceding her in death was her parents and a brother, Daniel E. Davis, Jr..
Survivors include her sisters, Kathy Davis and her little sister which she raised, Haley Davis Godley (her husband, Jared), nephews, Danny and Charlie Blair, nephew/grandson, Wyatt Godley, great nieces and nephews, Daniel, Kayleen, Cheyenne, Harlee, Hannah, Anneslea, Amelia, Darci, Alexis, Jason and Isha, her life long friend of 35 years, Renea Hagan, other friends, Priscilla, Phyllis, Bobbi, Randy, Billy and Jim.
The family will receive friends Monday, March 15, 2021 at the Funeral Home from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.. Funeral Services will begin at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of the Funeral Home with Pastor Tony Hewitt officiating.
