Judy Roughton

Mrs. Judy (Toot) Ennis Roughton, 74, of Savannah, Georgia, was peacefully called to be with the Lord on March 27, 2024, after a short battle with cancer.

Judy was born on December 1, 1949 in Savannah to the late Raiford (Ray) L Ennis, Sr. and the late Henrietta (Hank) Autrey Ennis. She was one of three children: Raiford (Bill) L. Ennis, Jr., and Jesse Archie Ennis. All three graduated from Jenkins High School. Judy traveled some and then lived in Florida for a while until returning home to take care of her ailing father. A cherished wife and beloved mother, Judy had a ready smile and a "Morning! How are you"? for everyone she came across. She was quick-witted, amazingly creative, and generous to a fault. A big presence for those who knew and loved her, she will be sorely missed.

Judy was preceded in death by her parents and brothers. She leaves behind her loving husband, Jim Ohlrogge; devoted daughter, Lori Miller; granddaughters, Ashley Miller and Haley Kluck; great-granddaughters, Brianna and Madilyn Kluck; and friends she gathered around her throughout the years.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 6, 2024 at 12:00 noon at Baker McCullough Funeral Home (7415 Hodgson Memorial Drive Savannah, GA 31406). The family will be receiving friends from 11:00am until the time of the service.
