Juanita Hall

August 7, 1941 — August 7, 2023

Juanita Myrick Hall, age 82, passed away peacefully August 7, 2023 following a long illness. Her final days and moments were spent peacefully in her home surrounded by close family.

She was born August 7, 1941 in Savannah, GA to Melvin and Francis Myrick.

Juanita loved all people, kindness radiated from her sweet face and she was favored by all that met her. She loved to travel the world, Elvis, shopping, and cooking.

Juanita worked at Gulfstream Aerospace in Savannah, GA for 26 years. She loved her coworkers as her family and spoke of them often in her retirement. Having family that still works at Gulfstream, she always wanted to stay abreast of current events and how her work family was doing.

Juanita was known for always putting her best self forward… she didn’t go anywhere without a nice outfit, make-up, great hair, and jewelry.

Juanita is survived by her 3 children, Jeanette Hall Johnson, Cindy Guy (Jeff), and Deon Hall (Wanda); her grandchildren, Kasie Jenkins (Trey), Kristin Johnson, Scott Brown (Melissa), Victor Brown (Tres), Brooks Brown (Brittany), John Hall (Crystal), Amber Lowry (Warren), and Clay Hall; her brother, Freddie Myrick; plus several great grandchildren. She was the last matriarch of the Myrick family and loved and touched her family’s lives deeply.

A private celebration of life will be held in her honor with close family.
