Joseph Rudolph Garcia

Joseph Rudolph Garcia “Joe”, 86, of Pooler passed away Sunday, January 3, 2021 at his home. A native of New York City New York, he was the son of the late Raymond Garcia and the late Louise Cousin Coppola.
Joe was a member of Alpha United Methodist Church. He was a veteran having served in the US Navy and also in the US Air Force; Joe served during the Korean War and the Vietnam War. He was a member of the American Legion Post 322.
He was preceded in death by wife, Andre Bogue Garcia, daughter, Leonore Bednarz, son, Sean Bednarz, and his parents.
Survivors include his son, Mark Bednarz (Trudy Bell), granddaughters, Kelsey, Lauren and Sarah Bednarz, great grandson, Sean Bednarz, other family and friends.
A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
