Joseph Ward, 72 of Guyton, Georgia, passed away on Thursday, March 3, 2016 at his home.
Joseph was born August 15, 1943 in Sardis, Georgia to James and Maybell Ward. On July 13, 1974 married the former Martha Diane Cribbs. Joseph retired from Great Dane Trailers after 35 years as a welder. Joseph was a humble, devoted, Christian man and he was a member at North Salem Baptist Church for many years.
Joseph is survived by his wife Diane; his 4 daughters, Elisa Everett of Guyton, Cynthia Conover of Guyton, Brenda Bolton of Guyton, and Julie Petermann of Reidsville; 11 grandchildren Josh, Bobby, Keri, Robert, Ryan, Lindsay, Stephanie, William, Austin, Taylor, and Jeffery; 3 brothers Thomas Ward, David Ward, and William Ward; 1 sister Florence; as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
