John Roy "Jackie" Vandine

John Roy "Jackie" Vandine, age 64, passed away Monday, November 7, 2022 at his home.
Mr. Vandine was born on December 31, 1957 in Savannah, the son of Sue Vandine and John Roy Vandine. He was a graduate of Tompkins High School and was a 30 year employee of Stage Front Presentation Systems where he held the position of Senior Technician. He was a critical element of projects for Boeing Aerospace, Lockheed Martin, Space Center Houston and many others. He enjoyed rebuilding motors, repairing cars and motorcycles, and riding his Harley Davidson, especially for local benefits. He was also an artist and enjoyed drawing and carving.
Mr. Vandine is survived by his son, John Roy "Buck" Vandine, Jr.; sister, Tanya Renee Vandine; niece, Amanda Stone; first cousin, Cliff Ricks; along with many other nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Baker McCullough Funeral Home, Hodgson Memorial Chapel is assisting the family with a private funeral service.
