Joan M. Gordon

Joan M. Gordon, age 67, of Savannah passed away Sunday, August 21, 2022.

Mrs. Gordon was born October 26, 1954 in Germany. Before retiring, she worked as a dental hygienist at Garden City Dental Center, and she was a member of The Cathedral. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. Mrs. Gordon is preceded in death by her father, William Wiley Peace; and sister, Beverly Swailes.

Survivors include her husband, Stephen D. Gordon; son, Billy King; daughters and son-in-law, Ginger & Jay Blake, and Victoria Gordon; mother, Ruby Peace; sister, Shirley Powell; brother and sister-in-law, William & Maggie Peace; and three grandchildren, Sarah Blake, Jayson Blake, and Elijah Blake. A host of nieces and nephews also survive.

Visitation will be held Thursday, August 25. 2022 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Baker McCullough Funeral Home, Hodgson Memorial Chapel (7415 Hodgson Memorial Drive Savannah, GA 31406).

A funeral service will be held Friday, August 26, 2022 at 12:00 p.m. at Baker McCullough Funeral Home, Hodgson Memorial Chapel (7415 Hodgson Memorial Drive Savannah, GA 31406).
