Jimmy Ray Williams, 62, of Eden, Georgia, passed away Tuesday, November 13, 2018 at Ogeechee Area Hospice in Statesboro, Georgia.
Born in Atlanta, Georgia, Jimmy lived most of his life in Fort Payne, Alabama. He was a Diesel Mechanic by trade and a Truck Driver.
Jimmy enjoyed auto racing, fishing, working in his garage making the monthly changes to his 55 Chevy (NOSLO55) and his family.
He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Donna Forsythe Williams; two children, Jimmy Williams, Jr. and DeWanna Williams Key; six grandchildren, Courtney, Makaila, Dillion, Aubrey, Makinzy and Aiden; two great grandchildren, Bailey and Malayah; his brother, David Hicks; Brother-in-laws, Ronald Crowe (Debbie), Leon Crowe (Becky), sister-in-laws, Wanda Larson (Joe), Sharon Forythe (Tracey); several nieces and nephews, Amber Hughes, Bliss Chavarria, Kenny Porter, Nick Forsythe, Vertez Cox, Ronnie Crowe, Jr., Leann Crowe, Debbie Morgan, Jeremy Hicks and Dustin Hicks; other family and friends.
Visitation: 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Friday, November 16, 2018 at the Funeral Home.
Funeral Service: 11:00 a.m. Saturday, November 17, 2018 in the Funeral Home Chapel.
Burial: Gravel Hill Cemetery.
