Jerry Daniel Hagan Jr., 45, passed away on September 1st, 2019, after a trip of a lifetime celebrating his twenty fifth wedding anniversary with his beloved, Julie.
Daniel was born in Bulloch County on June 6th, 1974. He grew up in St. Simons Island and Chatham County. He graduated from Glynn Academy. Daniel worked for Aramark for 21 years climbing up to Major Account Executive.
Danny was a dedicated family man, had a heart for his community, and never missed any of his kids sporting events. Whether it be a football game, baseball game, or cheer competition he always made sure he was there, but still made time to watch Georgia southern and Georgia Bulldog football. Although he was a stern and hardheaded man, he had an enormous heart that was always looking to help others.
Daniel was preceded in death by: Father, James Madison Hagans; Brother-in-Law, Hank Suchodolski. Daniel is survived by his three children Matthew, Joshua, and Madison Hagan; Biological Father, Jerry Daniel Hagan Sr.; Mother, Martha Ann Hagans; Biological Mother, Geraline Burke; Brother, James Edwin Hagans Sr.(Shirley); Sister, Tonya H. Boyd; Sister, Loretta Smith(Dan); Sister, Annette Shelton (Jimmy); Brother, Brandon Palmer; Best Friend, Dave Colson and several other siblings, nephews, and nieces.
Visitation: 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm Monday, September 9, 2019 at Countryside Baptist Church, 1201 Noel C Conaway Road, Guyton, Georgia 31312.
Funeral Service: 11:00 am Tuesday, September 10, 2019 at Countryside Baptist Church with Pastor Larry Bukowiec officiating.
Entombment will follow at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens Cemetery.
