Jason Aaron Dowd Jr, 34, of Pooler, GA passed away Monday June 13, 2022 at his home.
JR was always a happy boy. He was friends with anyone and was giving, stubborn, and an absolute fighter. He loved his family and going to amusement parks to ride the roller coasters. He loved going to the grocery store and flirting with the women and getting something to drink.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Jessica Dowd; grandparents, Luther Douberley, Diane Anderson, and Lorene Mary Webb; uncle Grady Pittman.
He is survived by his mother, Pamela D. Anderson (Benjamin) and father, Jason A. Dowd Sr. (Kristie); sisters, Samantha Peacock (DJ) and Victoria M. Anderson (Justin); grandparents, Bernie and Rose Vosburgh; aunt Saramay Douberley (Ken); uncles, Robert Anderson, Philip Dowd, and Everett Douberley (Pam); cousins, Kenneth Baker, Chase Anderson, and Emma Anderson; and many many friends.
A Visitation will be held from 6pm to 8pm Wednesday June 15, 2022 at Baker McCullough Funeral Home- Garden City Chapel.
A Graveside Service will be held Thursday at 11am at Gravel Hill Cemetery with Rev. Danny Stilwell Officiating.
Services have been entrusted to Baker McCullough Funeral Home - Garden City Chapel.
