James was preceded in died by his Father, James Vincent, and Mother Linda Vincent.
He is survived by Sister Mary Jordan (Joseph), Brother John Vincent ( Jennifer) Fiancé Kathryn Kadwell and several nephews and nieces.
Due to the circumstances a Memorial service will be held at a later date.
