James Harmon "Punkie" Wilkins, 49, of Garden City died Thursday, August 3rd, 2017 at his residence.

A native of Savannah, Georgia , he was an electrician for 15 years with CS Hurd. He was a member of the Bryan Lodge #303 F&AM Masonic Lodge and was a member of Shriners Alee Temple, where he was a part of the Directors Staff. He was an avid golfer, played softball with the Budweiser Traveling team, loved to travel, loved life and loved his family.

He was preceded in death by his father, James Dennis Wilkins.

Survivors include wife, Theresa M. Wilkins of Garden City, his mother, Nellie J. Wilkins of Savannah, his grandmother, Josephine Wilkins of Savannah, five step children, five step grandchildren, several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives..

The family will receive friends Saturday, August 5th, 2017 from 3 pm to 5 pm at Baker McCullough Funeral Home- Garden City Chapel. Funeral Services will be held Sunday, August 6th, 2017 at 2:00 pm in the funeral home chapel. Burial to follow at Bethel Cemetery. "James "Punkie" preferred to dress casually, so in honor of him, please feel free to come dressed casually."
