Mr. Carroll was born on September 20, 1951 in Savannah, the son of the late George H. Carroll, Sr. and Hazel Corley Carroll. He worked with various grocery stores throughout his career. He was a member of Redeemer Baptist Fellowship in Memphis, TN.
Mr. Carroll is survived by his brother, George H. Carroll, Jr.; nephews and niece, Joshua (Christina), Jessica (Chad), and Jeremy; and 7 great nephews and nieces.
A graveside funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, November 30, 2022 at Greenwich Cemetery.
