Jack L. Ward, 70, of Guyton passed away Sunday, March 21, 2021 at his home surrounded by his family and under the care of Amedisys Hospice.
A native of Savannah, Georgia, he was the son of the late Jack Dempsey Ward and Louise Carnes Whalley.
He was retired from National Gypsum Company where he retired as a Mechanic Shop Foreman.
Jack was preceded in death by his parents, wife, Claudia Jo Ward, sister, Patty Ward Murphy.
Survivors include his daughter, Miranda D. Ward, son, Jack L. Ward, Jr., step daughter, Tracy Barnes, step son, Bear Hall, brother, Mike Ward, Sr. (Della), his dog, Jessie, several grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.
