Jack Russell Hamrick, 80, of Savannah passed away Wednesday, December 9th, 2015 at St. Joseph's Hospital.
A native of Vidalia, he was the son of late Travis Lee Hamrick, Sr. and Rosa Belle Mixon Hamrick .
Jack was a Baptist and was a veteran of the US Army. He was the owner of Hamrick and Son's Landscapes and Savannah's Old Timey Town Barbeque.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Travis Lee Hamrick, Jr.
Survivors include his wife of 21 years, Mary; children, Theresa Hamrick Wyrick, Edger Lee Hamrick, Bridgett Avalon Hamrick, Jack Russell Hamrick, Jr. Larry Fredrick Hamrick; brother, Wendell R. Hamrick; sisters, Avalon Hamrick Dalrymple and Margie Magnolia Hamrick Geraffenecker; 10 grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends Friday from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the Fairhaven Funeral Home Garden City Chapel.
Graveside Services will be held Saturday, December 12th, 2015 at 2:00 pm in Pinecrest Cemetery & Mausoleum in Vidalia, Georgia.
