Mrs. Imogene McMillan Galich, 95, of Savannah, Georgia passed away peacefully late Tuesday night, January 14, 2020, at St. Joseph’s Hospital.
Imogene was a devoted wife, loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She was born January 31, 1924 in Sylvania, Georgia. She was the daughter of the late Julius McMillan and the late Cynthia Bragg McMillan.
Imogene Galich was one of eight siblings. She loved the outdoors and working in her yard. She really had a great love for her Christian television programs. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Temple in Savannah, Georgia for 58 years. Imogene truly was devoted to her family and was employed with St. Joseph Hospital as a Telecommunications Operator for many years.
Survivors include her daughter, Cindy Kellum, and a son, Jack M. Galich and his wife Gloria Galich. Grandchildren Courtney Strickland and husband Phillip Strickland, Brian Spivey, Jack B. Galich, and Craig Galich, and great- grandchildren includes Reagan Strickland, Amelia Strickland, and Adelyn Spivey.
Graveside Service: 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 21, 2020 at Hillcrest Abbey West Cemetery.
