Herbert Carl Walden, III, of Guyton passed away Monday, January 16th, 2017 at residence under the care of Ogeechee Area Hospice .
A native of Manhattan, New York and grew up in South Florida, he was the son of late Herbert C. Walden, Jr and Constance Loughlin Walden.
Herb was a veteran of the US Army and was a communicate of the Catholic Church. He retired from the City of Savannah as a Water Waste Manager and loved all sports especially the Miami Hurricanes Football.
Survivors include his wife of 26 years, Shannon Walden; his sister and brother-in-law, Jane and Gary Laraman of Texas, their children, David Laraman, Robert "Robbie" and his wife Kristin, their children, Dylan and Kylie; his brother, Mike Walden; special friends, Travis and Stacy Forehand and their children, Kaylee and Trace; his mother and father-in-law, Gene and Louise Brannen.
