Henry Larsen, 91 of Naples, Florida and Palos Hills, Illinois, died July 25, 2017 in Savannah, Georgia.
He was born on April 30, 1926 in Chicago, Illinois, a son of the late Carl and Marie Benoit Larsen.
Henry served his country in the United States Navy during World War II in the V Amphibious Corps. He was employed as a carpenter. He also worked for the City of Chicago, as a building inspector and was a 73 year member of the Carpenters Union District 13 and served as their Business Agent.
He was an avid golfer and bocci player also enjoying crossword and jigsaw puzzles.
He was a member of All Saints Lutheran Church in Orland Park, Illinois and Sheppard of the Glades Lutheran Church in Naples, Florida. He was also a member of the Danish Brotherhood Lodge # 35, Veterans of Foreign Wars and the American Legion.
Henry was predeceased by his wife, Emma Jean Armantrout Larsen; siblings, Alfred Larsen, Paul Larsen, Carl Larsen and Margie Heidenreich.
He is survived by his partner, Elena "Becky" Dalleck; children; Lori J. Larsen, Lana S. Larsen, Henry C. Larsen and Barbara Marlatt; 4 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held, Saturday, September 16, at 10:30am at All Saints Lutheran Church, 13350 LaGrange Rd., Orland Park, Il. Interment will be held at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery in Elwood, Illinois, on Monday, at 11:00 am, September 18.
