Henry C. "Smokey" White, 78, Savannah, passed away Sunday, June 12th, 2016 at Memorial Hospital.
He was born on April 20, 1938 in Donalsonville, Georgia, the son of Loyd White and Mary Day White. He served his country in the United States Army.
He retired as a Truck Driver for Coastal Transport.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include his wife, of 53 years, Sandra Womack White; daughter, Jenni Pritchard and her husband, Ebb of Charleston, SC; sons, Jeffrey White of Savannah, David White and his wife, Suzanne of Savannah; grandchildren, Blake Pritchard, Madison Pritchard, Paige Adriance (Kyle), Luke White, Henry White and Courtney Dickerson; brother, Dewey White (Sue) of Donalsonville, GA; sister, Helen Minnis (Bo) of Lubbock, TX.
Visitation: from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, June 15, 2016 at Baker McCullough Funeral Home - Hubert C. Baker Chapel.
Funeral Service: 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, June 15th, 2016 at Baker McCullough Funeral Home - Hubert C. Baker Chapel.
Interment will follow in Georgia Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Glennville, Georgia.
