Charles Ballard, 76, of Orlando, Florida, passed away suddenly on November 29, 2016 at Florida Hospital East Orlando. He was born in Savannah, GA on April 4, 1940.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Harvey, Sr and Violette E. Ballard.
Survivors include his son, Don Ballard, Daughter, Gina Scher (Rev. Jamie), two grandchildren and a grandson due in April. All reside in the Orlando area. He is also survived by his brother, Cecil Ballard (Paddy) and his niece, Doree Godbee of Savannah and his nephew, Chris Ballard of Woodstock, Georgia.
A memorial service was held in Orlando, Fl on December 3, 2016. A graveside service will be held at Bonaventure Cemetery on Monday, December 5, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. conducted by his son-in-law, Rev. Jamie Scher.
