Harry Anastasios Kyriakides,(75), of Savannah Georgia passed away on June 7, 2023

Harry Anastasios Kyriakides fondly known as Uncle Harry, a loved father, brother, and uncle was born in Spilia, Greece and lived there until the family immigrated to Norwalk, CT in 1962. Harry was a graduate of JM Wright Technical School where he learned the trade of Automotive Mechanic. Upon Graduating, Harry joined the United States ARMY where he proudly served and later stationed at Hunter Army Airfield in Savannah, GA during the Vietnam Era . After an honorable discharge from the military Harry returned to be with his family in Norwalk, CT where he entered the service station business. A short time later Harry would return to Savannah where he would build his long term career in the food and beverage industry. During his several trips to Greece he would make many friends and help a lot of people. As a person who was never afraid to put his hand in his pocket when people were in need, he touched the lives of many.

Harry was predeceased by his father and mother (Anastasios and Eleni Kyriakides), his baby brother Efsthathios Kyriakides, and his brother George Kyriakides. Harry is survived by his daughter Eleni and husband Alex Goniotakis, son Anastasios “Andy “ and wife Lindsey Kyriakides, daughter Aphrodite and husband Thomas Karakasis, grandchildren Margarita “Maggie” and Haralambos “Harry” Kyriakides, granddaughter Violet Karakasis, his sister Despina “Debbie” Mousakitis, brother Christos Kyriakides, nieces Eleni Sotiropoulos Coco and and Elena Mousakitis Hugley (husband Sonny Hugley) and nephew Demetrios “Jimmy” Sotiropoulos.

A visitation will take place 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 13, 2023 at Baker McCullough Funeral Home Garden City Chapel, 2794 West US Highway 80, Garden City, followed by a burial in Spilia, Greece.

He will be missed by all.
