Harry Creek Woo, 86, of Savannah, GA passed away Monday February 18, 2019 at Memorial Medical Center.
He was one of the long-time owner/operator of the Woo Brothers original 7/11's in Savannah. Creek was in the US Military and served in the Korean Conflict, and enjoyed playing golf, bowling, and was an avid Georgia Bulldog football fan and Duke basketball fan. He was also a lifelong member of the Chinese Benevolent Association.
He was predeceased by his parents Lat and Tom Woo; wife of 47 years Frances Woo; 6 brothers, Harvey, Harold Mac, Howard Bouy, Henry Sock, Herbert Ton, and Herman Bay; 1 sister, Dorothy Jue.
He is survived by his daughters, Natalie W. Davis (Stephen) and Sandy Woo; sisters, Cathrine Jue and Lily Wong; grandchildren, Leah D. Glenn (John), Paul Davis, and Luke Dunaway (Lindsey); great-grandchild, John Samuel Glenn.
Visitation: Thursday February 21, 2019 12pm to 2pm at Baker McCullough Funeral Home- Hubert C. Baker Chapel.
Graveside Service: 2:30pm Thursday February 21, 2019 at Hillcrest Abbey East Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Berean Children's Home 1180 Berea Trail SE Bogue Chitto, Mississippi 39629.
