She is survived by her husband, Kenny Phillips; daughter, Savannah Phillips; sister, Barbara Cohen; brother, Fred Panch and several nieces & nephews.

Visitation will be 6 - 8 pm Saturday and 2 pm Sunday at Baker McCullough Funeral Home Hubert C. Baker Chapel.
