Ginger "Cookie" Kay Becton, 66, of Guyton, Georgia passed away Friday, December 24, 2021 at Memorial Health University Medical Center in Savannah, Georgia .
A native of Jacksonville, Florida, she was the daughter of the late Daniel Ethan Conner and Ann Lovella Copeland Conner.
Ginger "Cookie" was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Silver Creek, Mississippi and attended Compassion Christian Church in Savannah, Georgia. She was a Homemaker and Loved her family; she enjoyed Baking, Painting and Reading.
She was preceded in death by 2 children, Crystal and Sean, a brother, Danny Conner and an aunt, Ginger Mixon.
Survivors include her husband of 22 years, Stephen Louis Becton, children, Denis "Denny" Hartzog (Crystal) of Silver Creek, Mississippi, Jacob Hartzog of Port Wenthworth, Georgia, and Skyler Austin (Joseph) of Rincon, Georgia, 5 grandchildren, Xan, Charleen Kay, Ash, Elizabeth and Conner, a sister, Cindy Zettler (Jimmy) of Springfield, Georgia.
A gathering will be held at the Baker McCullough Funeral Home Garden City Chapel, Wednesday, December 29, 2021 from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m..
In lieu of flowers donations are asked to be made in Ginger's name to a charity of your choice.
