Gerard F. Perreau, 90, of Savannah and husband of Rose M. Perreau, died Friday morning, October 6th, 2017 at Azalealand Nursing Home.
He was born on May 19, 1927 in France, the only son of the late Etienne and Madelaine Peron Perreau.
He is survived by his wife, Rose Maree Kraft Perreau, daughter Catherine Perreau Ehret, her husband Randall, and two grandchildren Joseph and Rachel.
Gerard was a proud French immigrant and a proud American citizen; remembered for his curious mind and his passion for how the world worked.
Remembrances may be made to a charity of one's choice.
The family's sincere thanks to Azalealand Nursing Home and hospice for their dedicated care.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00am, Tuesday at Bonaventure Cemetery.
