Gabriel "Gabe" Eliot Robertson

Gabriel "Gabe" Eliot Robertson, 47, of Ellabell, Georgia passed away Tuesday, June 22, 2021 at Memorial Health University Medical Center. A native of Savannah, Georgia, Gabe was born to Kenneth "Kenny" Robertson and the late Patricia Fetzer Parrish. Gabe grew up actively participating in sports and outdoor activities. He was always known to enjoy playing any sport, especially softball, and his passion for playing was only surpassed by his dedication as a fan. He loved the Miami Hurricanes, the Chicago Cubs, and the San Francisco 49ers and could be found most any day or night, following his favorite teams and rooting them on.

In addition to sports, Gabe was the king of debate. He never met an argument he didn’t like. Energetic and fun-loving, Gabe was always the life of the party and never met at stranger. He always brought a huge SMILE to your face and was known for his infectious laughter. In addition to enjoying life to the fullest and working as a Machine Operator at Georgia Pacific, Gabe was also a dedicated family man, who thoroughly loved his roles as a husband and father. He was also a man of deep and abiding faith. He was dependable and everyone from his family, friends, and work knew who to turn to if they ever needed a friend.

Gabe was preceded in death by his mother, Patricia Fetzer Parrish. He is survived by his wife, Mya Lynn Robertson, his children, Alex Robertson and Stone Bennett, his father, Kenneth "Kenny" Robertson, his step-father, Richard "Dick" Parrish, his two brothers and sisters-in-law, Ricky and Alicia Parrish and Bruce and Brittany Parrish, his 2 dogs, Sonny and Tubbs, as well as countless nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, other family members and many, many beloved friends.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Friday, June 25, 2021 at the Baker McCullough Funeral Home in Garden City. The family also asks that you come dressed in sports attire or the colors of Gabe’s favorite sports teams.
