Frank Edward Wonn,

Frank Edward Wonn, Sr., 80, of Savannah, Ga., and formerly of Columbus, Ohio passed away peacefully on Monday, July 8, 2019 at his home.  Frank was preceded in death by his parents, Rosa Lene Gerber Wonn and Frank O. Wonn, two sons, Joseph and Christian Wonn.
Frank was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio and attended South High School.  Following High School, Frank joined the U.S. Air Force in 1958. He was a Vietnam Veteran. He retired from the U.S. Air Force after 20 years of service.
He is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Sylvia Clarke Wonn of Savannah, Ga., one son, Frank Edward Wonn, Jr., of Columbus, Ohio;  two daughters, Theresa Lee (William) of Columbus, Ohio and Diane Wonn (Jim Cullen) of Columbus, Ohio; two brothers, Leroy Wonn (Karen), of Crown City, Ohio; Bill Wonn (Mandy) of Hilliard, Ohio;  3 grandchildren, Jayson, Jennifer and Kimberly (Armon), one great grandson, Gauge.
Memorial Visitation:  Thursday, July 11, 2019 from 6 - 7 p.m. at Baker McCullough Funeral Home, Hubert C. Baker Chapel.
Additional services will be held in Ohio, with Full Military Honors, at a later date.
Memorial Contributions:  St. Judes Research Hospital.
