Frank William (Billy)  Lowery, 51,  of Midway, Georgia died Monday November 19, 2018 at his residence. Billy was born on February 24, 1967 in Brooklyn, N.Y. Billy is survived by his life partner, Barbie; her 3 children, Austin, Andrianna and Jennifer; step sons, John and Mike Lowery; sisters, Bunny (Kevin) and Debbie; brothers, Tony, Jimmy (Glenda) Joe (Karen); several nieces, nephews and grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his son, Frankie; his Mother and Father; 2 brothers and 1 sister.  Visitation will be 5 - 7 pm Friday November 23, 2018 at Baker McCullough Funeral Home Garden City Chapel.
