Faye P. Garrett, 74, of Savannah, Ga passed away Sunday September 9, 2018 at her home.
Faye was a Bus Driver for over 45 years, including driving for Hesse Elementary School for over 30 years. She loved all her bus kids and not only drove her kids but drove their parents. She loved going to Daytona Beach to watch the Nascar Races and enjoyed cooking and loved flowers. She loved the beach and stopped by Bethesda to look at the cows and Brian the Donkey. She also had a special love for her one and only grandson. She had a love for people and never met a stranger. She was a member of First Free Will Baptist Church. She also loved her birds.
She was preceded in death by her Father, Walker Price; mother and step-father, Albina and Benjamin Cannon; brother, Aubrey Price Sr.
She is survived by her husband of over 57 years Lamar Garrett; son, Scott Garrett Sr; and grandson, Scott Garrett Jr.
Visitation: 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm Wednesday September 12, 2018 at Baker McCullough Funeral Home- Hubert C. Baker Chapel.
Funeral Service: 11:00 am Thursday September 13, 2018 at Baker McCullough Funeral Home- Hubert C. Baker Chapel with Rev. Michael Locklear officiating.
