Evelyn Mulling

Evelyn H. Mulling, age 90, of Savannah passed away Sunday, March 5, 2023.

Mrs. Mulling was born January 5, 1933 in Bulloch County to the late Lyman Hall Hendrix and the late Bertie Finch Hendrix. She retired from Belks where she worked as a sales associate for many years. She was known for living a simple life and always taking care of her family. Mrs. Mulling enjoyed traveling and especially enjoyed visiting the mountains and Blue Ridge Parkway. She also enjoyed spending time on Tybee Island.

Survivors include daughters and son-in-law, Patricia & Larry Barnhill, Nancy Bailey, and Vickey Burnsed; son and daughter-in-law, Ricky & Carol Williams; brother, Billy Hendrix; grandchildren, Shawn, Kyle, Bobby, Dakota, Amber, and Shannon; great grandchildren, Jaxon, Ava, and Kaden; a host of nieces and nephews; and her granddogs, Leo, Rita, Zero, and Cosmo.

Visitation will be held Thursday evening, March 9, 2023 from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. at Baker McCullough Funeral Home, Hodgson Memorial Chapel (7415 Hodgson Memorial Drive Savannah, GA 31406).

A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 10, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at Grace United Methodist Church (6412 Waters Ave. Savannah, GA 31406) with Rev. Cathy Green officiating.

Entombment will follow at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
