Edward "Eddie" "Qball" Gasque, 78,, of Savannah, Georgia passed away Wednesday January 23, 2019 at St. Joseph's Hospital.
Eddie was born and raised in Aynor, South Carolina and was a good ole country boy. He was raised a Baptist.
Eddie was very versatile with his occupations during his working days. He retired from Piggly Wiggly with many years of service as a Produce Manager.
Eddie loved listening to classic country music and playing the guitar. He enjoyed fishing, bowling, boxing and his favorite teams were the Atlanta Falcons and the Atlanta Braves. He was a loving husband, father, and a provider.
He was predeceased by his parents, Nollie and Lora Gasque; daughter, Teresa G. Parrish; grandson, Matthew D. Casey; 12 brothers and 1 sister.
He is survived by his wife of 56 years Gloria Collins Gasque; son, Gregory Edward Gasque(Tiffany); daughters, Sheena Marie Gasque and Donna Renee' Gasque(Bruce); 6 grandchildren, Justin, Ashley, Brittney, Shelly, Logan, Taisley; 8 great-grandchildren, Ja'Leal, Callhi', Christopher, Angel, Brayden, Suzanna, Mikayla, and Remington.
Memorial Service will be held on Saturday at 2 pm on February 02, 2019 at the Baker McCullough Hodgson Chapel.
