Edward J. Clements, 74, passed away Tuesday, Jan 31, 2017 after a short illness.
Edward loved fishing, his dogs and old western shows.
Edward had a contagious smile and loved his family.
He was preceeded in death by his wife of 44 years, Peggy Hendley Clements, his parents, Johnny and Leona Clements.
Edward was employed by Union Camp International Paper Company for 44 years as a paper maker.
Survived by a sister, Joyce Morris (Vernon), 3 sons, Joseph Clements (Mary), Eddie Clements (Jamie), Niki Clements, (Belinda), daughter, Kathleen Clayboss,(Chris), grandchildren, Travis, Joey, Brittany and Haley; and 3 great grand children.
Visitation: 6 - 8 p.m. Friday at Baker McCullough Funeral Home, Hubert C. Baker Chapel.
Funeral Services: 3:00 p.m. Saturday, in the Hubert C. Baker Chapel, of Baker McCullough Funeral Home, with Pastor Stephen Saxton, officiating.
Interment will follow in the Greenwich Section of Bonaventure Cemetery.
Remembrances: Hospice Savannah, Inc., 1352 Eisenhower Drive, Savannah, Ga 31406.
