Eddie Louise Taylor Vandine, 76, of Savannah, died Thursday, September 21, 2017 at Riverview Nursing Home.
A native of Statesboro, GA she was the daughter of the late James D. Taylor and Annie Louise Kight Taylor. Eddie was a member of the Church of the Nazarene and had attended Bloomingdale Church of the Nazarene. She worked for Southern Bell Phone Company for over 10 years and retired from Chatham County Tax Assessors Office.
She is survived by her children, Donna Vandine, Carol Stein (Russell), Edward "Eddie" Vandine; sister, Sarah Jean Taylor; grandchildren, Chris Garcia, Nicky Garcia, Danielle Garcia, Brandi Leyva, Kasey Gay, Cody Gay, Zoie Vandine, Addison Vandine; great grandchildren, Easton Leyva, Caleb Gay; Michael, Andrew, Koa, Keoni, and Kai Garcia; several nieces and other family and friends.
The family will gather at the funeral home Wednesday, September 27, 2017 from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm with a memorial service beginning at 7:00 pm in the Chapel.
