Earline Anderson Emory Seabrook, age 90 of Savannah, GA died December 6, 2024. She was born 1934 in Leland, North Carolina to William and Elizabeth Anderson. Mrs. Seabrook was a resident of Savannah for more than 30 years. Prior to moving to Savannah, she lived in Virginia Beach, VA. She worshipped at Zion White Bluff Missionary Baptist Church in Savannah, GA.
Earline was a deeply spiritual, generous, and kind woman and will be missed by all fortunate enough to have known her. You could always count on her to tell you the truth, even if you didn’t want to hear it. Interests that brought her joy included reading the bible, gardening, and meeting new people. Earline had an outgoing personality and never met a stranger. She was active in the nationwide program TOPS Club, Inc and the local Widows Harvest Ministries.
Earline was pre-deceased by husbands, Therman Henry Emory and Jenis Seabrook; son, Terrence Henry; brothers, Henry, Jo, Luther, Clarence, and Walter; and sisters, Helen Robbins and Annie Belle Melvin; sons in-law, Samuel Thomas and Oscar Parks; and great-great- granddaughter, Audrey Jones -Alcaraz.
Earline was a wonderful and loving mother and grandmother. Her legacy will continue through her daughters, Rosa Thomas and Karen and Valorie Emory; stepdaughter, Carmen Seabrook-Parks; grandchildren, Kalisha Jones, Michael Ferguson, Nishita Tanner, Ryan Emory, Zachary and Noah Emory, Micheala and Adrian Thomas, Terrell Emory, and Vance and Alyssa Parks ; great grandchildren, Isaiah, Iyanna, Aryn, and Ayden Jones, Demitri, Aeneas, and Michelle Ferguson, Nyra Tanner-Seavello and Rileigh Petty; great- great -granddaughter, Kai Jones-Alcaraz and family members and friends.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 13, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. at Baker McCullough Funeral Home, Hodgson Memorial Chapel (7415 Hodgson Memorial Drive Savannah, GA 31406).
Interment will follow in Georgia Veterans Memorial Cemetery (8819 US-301 Glennville, GA) at 1:00 pm.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
