Earl Hunter Rowland,

Earl H. Rowland, Jr. 73, of Savannah, GA. died Wednesday January 10, 2018 at Memorial Hospital. Earl was born August 20, 1944 in Savannah, GA. Earl was a family man, husband, father, friend, protector, strong, loving, loved to joke and make people laugh and hanging at the bait shop. He loved old cars, fishing and the color yellow. He was a member of the Islands Community Church and Local 188 Plumbers and Pipefitters Union. He had countless friends whom he considered family and was loved by all who knew him. He was preceded in death by his son, Chad Rowland, daughter, Michelle Rowland, parents, Earl and Frances Rowland, Sr. He is survived by his wife Cherie Rowland, three, children, Crystal Maslak (Jeremy), Denise Johnson (Michael), Earl H. Rowland, III and his Dog, Belle. Eight grandchildren, Four great-grandchildren, three on the way and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held 6 - 8 pm Friday January 12, 2018 at Baker McCullough Funeral Home Hubert C. Baker Chapel 74 15 Hodgson Memorial Dr. Savannah, GA. 31406. Funeral Service 11 am Saturday at the Funeral Home with Pastors Douglas Patterson and Steve Hester officiating. Interment to follow at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
