Dwayne Eddie Schmitt, 52 of Savannah died Monday, May 27, 2019 at Memorial Health University Medical Center.
Dwayne was a native of Savannah and was the son of the late SW Ashton Schmitt, Jr. and the late Berite Bell Lee Schmitt.
He loved his family, riding his bicycle, listening to music and working on cars.
Dwayne was preceded in death by his parents, siblings, Melissa "Lisa" Schmitt, Alan Schmitt and Peanut Schmitt.
Survivors include his wife of 30 years, JoCaroll Mead Schmitt; grandson, Jadin Mead; aunt, Louise Yarbrough; uncles, Pil Lee and Harris Oglesby; niece, Brittany Soileau; several other nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
Funeral Service will be private.
