Dr. Phil Barone, age 64, of Savannah passed away Monday, July 13, 2020.
Dr. Phil was born on July 10, 1956 in Brooklyn, NY. He was a 1974 graduate of Sheepshead Bay High School and continued his formal education at Kingsborough College and Brooklyn College studying liberal arts. He began his chiropractic studies at New York Institute of Technology and was ultimately a 1990 graduate of New York Chiropractic. He was an Executive with Isagenix and since 1991 practiced Chiropractic Wellness in Savannah. He was a member of Business Network International (BNI) in Savannah and The Foundation for Wellness Professionals. Outside of work and professional involvement, he enjoyed movies, music, and being with his family.
Dr. Barone was preceded in death by his father, Philip Paul Barone. He is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Jean Barone; sons, Philip Paul Barone, III (Kate) and Jayce Domashevskiy (Artem); daughter, Emma Rose Barone; mother, Ann Barone; brothers, Ralph Barone (Marlene) and John Barone (Rosaria); sister, Paula Ann Rago (Nick); granddaughter, Thea Alix Barone; as well as nieces and nephews, Ralph, Marcus, Eden, Jade, Johnny, Jake, Michael, Nicole, and Daniel.
Baker McCullough Funeral Home, Hodgson Memorial Chapel is assisting the family with a private funeral service.
In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
