Doris Ann “Dottie” Rentz, 65, of Rincon died Monday, September 30, 2019 at Memorial Health under the care of Compassus Hospice.
Born in Gaston, North Carolina she was the daughter of the late Marcus Lawson Dobbins and the late Jane Beam Dobbins. Dottie was a retired courier from Federal Express and the American Red Cross.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her brother Roger Dobbins, and a granddaughter, Shelby Tillman as well her very close cousin, Frannie Wylie.
Survivors include her husband of 40 years, Joseph "J.B." B. Rentz; children, Kay Tillman (Jimmy) of Rincon, Heather Kuemmerle (Daniel) of Smyrna, Rachael Paseur Nuscher of Peachtree City, Lynk Rentz (Tabi) of Clyo; 8 grandchildren; 2 brothers, Steve Dobbins , John Keever; other family and friends.
Services will be private.
