Doris Parker Outen, 96, of Savannah, GA, passed away March 13, 2021 at her home surrounded by her loving family.
She was born July 8, 1924 in Savannah, GA to the late Katie Nettles Parker and Rufus Parker.
Mrs. Outen worked as a sales associate for many years at K-Mart before retiring. After retirement, her love of children led her into caring for them during the day.
She is preceded in death by her parents and siblings.
Surviving are her husband of 53 years, Wilbur R. Outen; daughter, Cathy Green; four grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
She will be truly missed by her family and friends.
Services will be private.
