Dora Bell Attaway Roberson, 86, of Savannah, died Saturday, Oct 27, 2018 at her residence after a short illness, surrounded by her loving family.
She was born in Millen, Ga., and was a former member of Woodlawn United Methodist Church and Clayton P. Miller United Methodist Church until they closed, and she then affiliated with the Harvest Church of the Nazarene.
She was Past Matron and Treasurer of White Star Chapter No. 367, Order of the Eastern Star, and she was a member of the United Methodist Women.
She is survived by her husband, John Jefferson Roberson, Savannah, Ga; son, Mark Roberson, Pooler, Ga; 2 daughters, Audrey Lee Drescher (Keny) of Guyton, Ga; and Melinda Jarrell (Michael), of Ellabell, Ga; a sister, Doris Rowe, of Hampton, S.C., 5 grandchildren, and 11 great grandchildren, and a number of nieces and nephews.
Visitation: 6 - 8 p.m. Tuesday, at Baker McCullough Funeral HOme, Hubert C. Baker Chapel.
Order of the Eastern Star Memorial Services: 7:00 p.m. Tuesday in the Hubert C. Baker Chapel.
Funeral Services: 11 a.m. Wednesday in the Hubert C. Baker Chapel, with Rev. Ricky Rushing, (her former pastor), officiating.
Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
