Dewey Dean Ferguson, 93, died, Friday, December 29 at Wellstar Cobb Hospital in Austell, Georgia.
He was born in Screven County on March 3, 1924, a son of the late Charles and Lizzie Ferguson. He served his country in World War II in the U.S. Army.
Survivors include his wife, Alma Ferguson; step-daughter, Barbara Crapse and her husband, Charles; four grandsons; 8 great-grandchildren.
A Graveside service will be held at 2:00pm, Thursday, January 4 at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
