Debra Ann Howell, 65, of Bloomingdale passed away Thursday, December 7, 2023 at her home.
A native of Savannah, Georgia, she was the daughter of the late Jacob Ciler McElveen and the late Wynona Munn McElveen .
Debra was a member of Bull Street Baptist Church and was the manager at Rite Aid. She enjoyed online shopping.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Jeremy Howell; a grandson, Joseph Howell, Jr "JoeJoe"; her brother, David McElveen.
Survivors include her husband, George E. Howell, sons, Daniel Howell, Joseph Howell (Christy) ; brother, Kim McElveen (Brenda); sister, Tracy Brannen (Steve); 8 grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, other family and friends.
