He was born in Gloucester, England on Dec 30, 1939.
He is survived by a son, Graham Chapman and 2 grandchildren, Heather and Luke, of the United Kingdom.
David was a writer of Text Manuals for the Aero Space Industry, and retired from Gulfstream.
He came to Savannah in 2001, which he made his home.
He loved golf, playing darts, and repairing small engines and appliances.
He also enjoyed spending time with his many friends and acquaintances.
He was admired and respected by many and will be truly missed.
Celebration of his life, will beheld at Candle Light Lounge on White Bluff Road, Friday, Feb 2, 2018, from 8 p.m. - 9 p.m.
