David Keith Eason

David Keith Eason, age 62, of Savannah passed away Saturday, May 27, 2023.

Mr. Eason was born on February 19, 1961 in Hobbsville, North Carolina to the late Purcell Nowell and the late Nora Bell Eason. He was a Veteran of the United States Army, retiring after serving his country for 20 years. Mr. Eason also retired as a lead crane operator from the Georgia Ports Authority.

Survivors include his daughter and son-in-law, Harmony & Anthony Lews; sons and daughter-in-law, Terry Wright and Randy & Salwa Michael; brothers, Willie Eugene Eason, Maurice McCoy Eason, Jerry Purcell "Bill" Nowell, and Ronnie William Nowell; sisters, Hollistine Richardson, Doris Jean Hunter, and Shirleen Nowell-Figgs; and five grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 3, 2023 at 12:00 p.m. at Baker McCullough Funeral Home, Hodgson Memorial Chapel (7415 Hodgson Memorial Drive Savannah, GA 31406). Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
