Dana Elaine Silveira

Dana Elaine Lewis Silveira, of Savannah, entered into eternal rest on Friday, December 4th, 2015 at her residence.
A native of Thunderbolt, she was the daughter of Thomas Watson Lewis and Estelle Sikes Lewis. Dana was a Hair Stylist and a long time member of Thunderbolt Baptist Church and more recently First Baptist Church of the Islands.
Preceded in death by her parents she is survived by her husband Gilbert; six daughters, Shaye Stevens of Savannah, Holly Stevens Brantley of Thunderbolt, Jenny Wyatt of Savannah, Tonya Stevens of Savannah, Lori Smith of Ellabell and Sherry Miltano of Alabama; a brother, Joe Lewis of Thunderbolt; two sisters, Linda Burnette of Fayetteville, Georgia and Stanley Lewis Ward of Wilmington Island; and eleven grandchildren.
The family will receive friends Wednesday, December 9th from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. at Bonaventure Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held Thursday, December 10th, at 1:30 P.M. from Thunderbolt Baptist Church with interment to follow at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested contributions be made in her memory to Thunderbolt Baptist Church, 3205 Russell Street, Savannah, 31404.
